I Speedrun All your Spirit Horrors Collection And Got 23:01

I loved it!.. At first. The first 3 minutes of the game were pretty creepy, with weird sounds and curiosity of "What is hiding out there?", but my excitement quickly dissipated as the game became a waiting simulator.

Spoilers:

Atleast the game must've became exciting when the glitches starter, right? Ehh... The only thing I got from this game was tinnitus because of the jumpscare. Atleast put a warning man!

!SPOILERS! the game was pretty good until the ending, it felt pretty anticlimactic, i feel like a better ending is if you had to get to the top as fast as you can while the elevator keeps stopping as you're being chased by something, and you could have at least found what was making the signals (unless it was that baby faced android at the ending making it).

pros

  • it was really unnerving especially when you go lower
  • the "monster" isn't revealed until the very ending which makes you wonder what you're looking out for (idk if some people count this as a pro but i do)
  • i like the premise of the game

cons

  • ending is pretty odd
  • graphics aren't very good
  • the "monster" is just wierd
  • jumpscare at the end is a little too loud (im glad i didn't have any headphones to use while playing this)

it really slow

I thought this game had a good atmosphere going for it. I enjoyed the rusty feeling from the elevator and seeing weird structures as we descended lower into the void.

The sounds were also quite nice. Combined with how little you can see, I think it plays well into the player's imagination of what could be out there. In a way, you make the player scare themselves. Pretty neat trick.

The last segment when the player gets to the bottom was a bit lacking, however. It's just a big red box. It would've been nice to see something there. With that being said, it was creepy to have it suddenly jump to the android with the baby face on it. For some reason the face reminds me of the guy from "Discover My Body".

I also wish there was more on the scavenging side. I kinda get similar vibes to Iron Lung with this game in terms of the feeling of exploring an unknown world. In Iron Lung, however, the player isn't just pressing a button that brings them to the next location. They are watching the radar to make sure they don't bump into anything as well as using the camera to get a look at their surroundings.

I feel like it would've been nice to maybe scavenge some materials from nearby locations. Perhaps we could've also taken some of the fallen androids with us to later get turned into more materials (not that that would've happened since we are supposed to die down there).

Overall, I think this was a pretty nice game. I wish you the best of luck in any future projects you work on.

Edit: Feel free to ignore the ending of the video. It really only talks about the same stuff as I did here in less detail.

this game made me insanely dizzy and gave me nausea other than that great game

Has markiplier played this yet?

Well, i don't know if i got the right ending? Like... I did everything right... I guess? I got the jumpscare, is that the right ending? Sorry, i'm kinda dummy, i guess that now the screen crashed with the creepy stuff and... And that must be the end. Am i right? I did it right or is this a bug or like the bad ending? Good game by the way, i may or may not have forgotten that it was an horror game so i was like "yeaaaahh LET'S GOOOOOO" but it was fun anyway. I like it.

Check out my video on this game, i really liked it but it was a little slow paced. subscribe and like

This game has a lot of potential, it had me on the edge of my seat! However... My fear quickly dissipated because of how long between each number, and very little (if anything) happened during the time between.

And the end wasn't all that scary either.

Lots of potential, though

Unsatisfied

Hi there, I am DragonExplosion and I am a Youtuber. If you like my videos, please leave a like and subscribe at my channel.

This was a horror game that I believe is revolving around the main character performing tasks to locate the presence of the creature lurking in the depths of the Earth. Knowing that the game is created by the amazing creator of "Colourblind", it was definitely a must-play for me.

The game made use of darkness and the isolation of the main character to create a really tense and creepy mood and atmosphere as it felt as though something could jumpscare the player at any point of time. The game also made use of creepy noises of the creature walking and that sudden jumpscare in the lift near the end of the game was great.

However, I found the game quite repetitive and too long based on its game mechanics as it became a little boring after 10 mins of performing similar tasks over and over again. Moreover, I don't think I really understood the story as I was quite confused by the ending at the end of the game.

Thank you for reading my comment and I wish you good luck in your future endeavours.

I like the atmosphere, but I don't believe there is any indication as to where to stop the lift. Was I supposed to fire off signals every ten meters?

(+1)

In the info panel it gives you a number, you fire all three signals in succession after you've reach within 10 m of the number as shown by the depth meter.

Thank you for the feedback!

You are supposed to stop within 10m of every destination.

I apologise if it is a tiny bit confusing, i shall put a reminder there

(1 edit)

Ah, I just saw a comment regarding the lack of location for the first destination. It looks like there's a bug where the first location is not displayed where it should be (I'm assuming it's supposed to go after the colon at the end but it's just blank)

Mission failed there is no signal, I'm going back to the surface.

I belive you didnt stop within 10metres 💀 but regardless well done you earned freedom

What do you mean by "within 10 meters" ? I literaly went the deepest as possible

Update : I just tried pressing each buttons every 50 meters (just in case I can randomly get some signal)

Isn't it supposed to have some information right here ?

Apologies, there was a bug with the text formating, a fix has been published!

well done

Well played
